My Story: Is the grass greener on the other side????
We often wonder is there such a thing as an IMO/FMO that is legitimate?
Do they care?
Will they help me to be successful?
Are they just worried about their bottom line?
I can confirm by experience that testing other IMO's, who promise the world and deliver nothing, that the grass was not greener.
Dealing with an IMO recently in trying to get released, I realized what a difference the Sunderland Group actually was and how I was blindsided by sales pitch mentalities.
Nine out of Ten IMO's will bang their drums and ring the bells " Motivational Outburst" to get you pumped up and come onboard and basically tell you what they think you want to hear to get you onboard.
FREE Leads, FREE training, FREE advancements, FREE software, FREE trips, and the list goes on, and being new in to this business we buy into this Sales Pitch mentality hoping for this mentorship so we can reach the next levels in EARNINGS.
But as we search, as I did, and soon find out that these IMO's only work off of QUANTITY, the more agents they can get on board the larger their earnings will be.
The more they manipulate numbers and grab agents to build organizations under false allegations it creates an increase in numbers, which then creates activity in production.
See, what they do not tell you is that if they bring 10,000 agents on and never work with them or train them or mentor them that they will still receive production, why, because a small percentage will produce and the IMO will not have to do anything but reap the rewards.
They do not tell you everything up front until they capture you and get you appointed with dozens of Companies and then as Paul Harvey would say you get the "rest of the story" - yes but by then it is to late, you feel like you're drowning with no where to go.
Alone - NO help, NO training, NO leads, NO free nothing, not even a telephone call from your team members.
I recently experienced this first, second and third hand, now I am not going to name names but you can google them and you will find several of the "so called " top IMO's out there that are on recruiting frenzies.
So what really are they, well think of them as an MLM organization concerned with only recruiting - recruit and mislead and recruit some more.
I can tell you there is a difference between a recruiting organization and a professional IMO as the Sunderland Group.
Since establishing my foundation with the Sunderland Group I have found a home, people who care, a team willing to go beyond the normal boundaries to work with you and understanding the importance of helping others.
At the end of the day the Sunderland Group gets it, the more they help us the more they help themselves.
There are hundreds of IMO's out there but there is only one top of the line and tried and true Professional Organization to be a part of and that is the Sunderland Group.
So I say to you, do not fall into the Recruitment schemes as I have, the wannabe IMO's that have to brag on themselves and tell you what all they have done, get you onboard and you never hear from them again.
So is the grass greener on the other side? My answer with firmness - NO, but YOU DECIDE!
