CONTRACTING TRANSFER & RELEASE PROCEDURES

 

AETNA SILVERSCRIPT - contracting link comes from the carrier, release or intent uploaded while completing.

Blackout Dates: October 1 - December 31. 

• Notice of Intent | Transfer Release Form
  • Intent to transfer will be processed 90 days after receipt of form unless no production in 3 months, then immediate.
• Notice of Intent | Transfer Release Policy

 

ANTHEM - contracting link comes from the carrier upon receipt of release or at the end of the waiting period.

Blackout Dates: October 1 - December 31. 

• Notice of Intent | Transfer Release form
  
  • Intent to transfer will be processed 6 months after receipt of form.

 

BCBS MN - contracting link comes from the carrier.

Blackout Dates: September 1 - December 31. 

• Transfer form
  • Transfer will be processed at beginning of month after commission paid to previous hierarchy.

 

CIGNA MA - contracting link comes from the carrier upon receipt of release or at the end of the waiting period. Release must be effective 9/15 or earlier. 

Blackout Dates: September 1 - December 31. 

• Notice of Intent | Transfer Release form
  • Intent to transfer will be processed 90 days after receipt of form unless no production in 6 months, then immediate.

 

HEALTHPARTNERS -  no contracting needed if transferring.

RE-ALIGNMENT Period: April 1 - May 31 

Blackout Dates: September 1 -  December 1

• Broker-BOB Transfer Form - available to process in SureLC
  • BOB transfers with the agent and the agent owns the business not Sunderland Group.

 

HUMANA - no contract needed if transferring.

Blackout Dates: October 1 - December 31  

• Delegated Release Policy
• Agent Assignment Form
  • Intent to transfer will be processed 90 days after receipt of form.
  • Unless received after Jul 10, then it will be processed with Jan 1 eff date.
• Commission Assignment Form
• BOB Transfer Form

 

MEDICA - contracting link comes from Surancebay.

RE-ALIGNMENT Period: April 1 - May 31 

• Broker Release Form - available to process in SureLC
• BOB Transfer Form - no specific form needed just a letter

 

MUTUAL OF OMAHA - contracting link comes from Surancebay, release uploaded while completing.

Blackout Dates: September 1 - December 31

• Transfer Release form 

 

NATIONAL CARE DENTAL - contracting link comes from the carrier.

• Notice of Intent | Transfer Release form
  • Intent to transfer will be processed 90 days after receipt of form.

 

UNITED HEALTHCARE - contracting link comes from the carrier, release or intent uploaded while completing; done through Sircon.

Blackout Dates: September 1 - December 31.

  • Intent to transfer will be processed 90 days after receipt of form.
• Agent pays all state appointment fees - Fee Schedule

 

UCARE - no contracting needed if transferring.

RE-ALIGNMENT Period: April 1 - July 31

• BOB Transfer Form
• Broker Information Change-Address Change

 

WELLCARE/CENTENE - agent has to initiate the transfer on the Wellcare portal

Contracting Closed: July 1 - July 11
